WhatsApp Chat Sync to Gmail
Private Gmail archive
Turns a WhatsApp "Export chat" file into a searchable, organised archive
inside your own Gmail — nothing leaves your device except the messages
you choose to sync, sent straight to your own mailbox.
What it does
- Reads a WhatsApp chat export (text or zip with media) that you share or import.
- Adds each message to your Gmail under a label named after the chat, grouped under WhatsApp.
- Keeps photos, videos, and other attachments inline, just like the original conversation.
- Skips anything already synced, so re-running it never duplicates messages.
What it never does
- Never reads your existing Gmail — it only adds new messages and labels.
- Never sends, deletes, or posts anything back to WhatsApp.
- Never routes your messages through a server the developer controls — the app talks directly from your device to Google's Gmail API.
- No ads, no analytics, no data sharing with anyone.
Available for Android (Kotlin/Compose, embedding the same Python sync
engine used by the Windows desktop version) and Windows.
